We provide structured CSV imports for learner records, qualification mappings and historic evidence. For the first cohort of providers onboarding with us, we handle the migration ourselves rather than leaving you to it. Most providers are fully transitioned within four weeks.
Most providers are live with their first cohort within two weeks of signing. The first week is set-up: importing learners, configuring qualifications, branding the platform. The second week is training your assessors and IQAs. Beyond that, the platform looks after itself. We're available if you need us, but you won't need us often.
All learner data, evidence files and personal information sits on UK servers. We use Cloudflare R2 for file storage and a UK-region database. No data leaves the UK without explicit reason and documentation, and we'll tell you in advance if that's ever the case.

Yes. The learner experience is fully responsive. They can log evidence, upload photos, complete knowledge questions and view their progress from any device. The assessor and IQA tools work best on tablet or larger because of the amount of information on screen, but they're usable on a phone too.
We offer paid pilots with a single cohort, typically eight to twelve weeks, after which you can either roll out across your full provision or walk away cleanly. We don't lock anyone in with multi-year contracts.
