What would an ePortfolio have to do to make you a customer for life?

Yes. The demo links open the real YourQual app, signed in to a demo training provider, Northbridge College, filled with fictional learners, evidence and reviews. It is read-only, so you can open anything as a trainer, learner, employer, IQA or admin without breaking it. Each session lasts 30 minutes, and you can start a new one whenever you like.

Most providers are live with their first cohort within two weeks of signing. The first week is set-up: importing learners, building your qualifications and setting up your forms. The second week is training your trainers and IQAs. We're available whenever you need us after that.

Yes. You build apprenticeship standards, NVQs and diplomas, and your own custom courses yourself in the Qualification hub, so you never wait on us to add one. Apprenticeship KSBs carry their off-the-job hours and duties, and NVQs carry their units and elements. If you'd rather we set them up for you, we can.

Any learner's full audit pack exports in one click: a one-page inspection summary first, then their signed progress reviews, observations, discussions, testimonies, uploads, OTJ log, assessment plans and IQA reports. EQAs can also be given time-limited, read-only access to portfolios.

Employers get their own portal showing each of their apprentices' portfolio progress, recent evidence, off-the-job hours, progress reviews and weekly skills updates. Progress reviews, witness testimonies and the Friday skills prompts can all be completed from an emailed link, with no login needed.

Every learner screen has an accessibility menu in the bottom-right corner. Learners can make text larger, turn on high contrast or add a coloured reading overlay to suit dyslexia or visual stress, and their choices are remembered on their device. Trainers can also print knowledge workbooks for learners who prefer to handwrite.

Learner records sit in a database hosted in the EU (Ireland), and evidence files such as photos, audio and PDFs are stored on Cloudflare R2. Each training provider's data is kept strictly separate from every other provider's.

An annual licence based on the number of active learners on programme, covering the standard package plus any modules you choose: Assessment Tools, Progress Reviews, Functional Skills and Enrolments. Add modules whenever you're ready. We don't charge per trainer or per administrator, so growing your delivery team doesn't grow your bill. Yes. Learners can log their daily tasks and hours, upload evidence, message their trainer and check their progress from any device, and the accessibility menu works on every screen. Trainers capture observations and photos on site from a phone or tablet.

We offer paid pilots with a single cohort, typically eight to twelve weeks, after which you can either roll out across your full provision or walk away cleanly. We don't lock anyone in with multi-year contracts.

YourQual is built by someone who's still an active assessor in the UK apprenticeship sector. Every feature has been tested in real delivery before it goes near another provider's account. We're small and focused, which means when a provider tells us something isn't working, we fix it that week, not in next quarter's release cycle.
