What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Websites can also keep information in your browser in other ways, such as “local storage”. This policy covers both.
This website
The yourqual.co.uk website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell real visitors apart from automated attacks. The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads; Google Fonts does not set cookies.
The interactive examples on this page keep what you type in the page itself and forget it when you leave.
The YourQual platform and live demo
When you sign in to YourQual, including the live demo, the platform stores a few things in your browser so it works properly:
| What | Why | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in session | Keeps you signed in to YourQual as you move between pages. | Strictly necessary |
| Accessibility settings | Remembers your text size, high contrast and reading overlay choices. | Functional |
| Screen preferences | Remembers small choices such as how you sorted your caseload. | Functional |
These are all needed for the service you have asked for, or remember choices you have made, so they don’t need your consent. None of them are used to track you or to show you adverts.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies and stored data in your browser settings. If you block them for YourQual, you won’t be able to stay signed in, and your accessibility settings won’t be remembered.
