About these terms
YourQual is run by ProviderLab Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using this website, the live demo or the YourQual platform, you agree to these terms.
Training providers that subscribe to YourQual sign a separate agreement with us. That agreement covers the service, fees, support and data protection, and if it says something different from these terms, the agreement applies.
Using this website
- You may use this website to find out about YourQual and to contact us.
- The information here is general. It is not legal, funding or inspection advice, and while we work to keep it accurate, we can’t promise it is always complete or up to date.
- Interactive tools on this site, such as the builders, the OTJ walk-through and the learner data preview, are simplified examples. They run in your browser and save nothing.
- Links to other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for the content of sites we don’t run.
The live demo
The live demo is the real YourQual platform signed in to a demo training provider. Everyone and everything in it is fictional. It is read-only and sessions time out. When you use it, please don’t:
- try to get around the read-only restrictions or reach data outside the demo;
- run security tests, scanners or automated tools against it without our written permission;
- copy or scrape its content, design or code to build a competing product;
- use it in a way that makes it slower or unavailable for other people.
We may limit, suspend or withdraw the demo at any time.
Using the YourQual platform
If you have an account on YourQual, as a learner, trainer, IQA, EQA, administrator or employer, you agree to:
- keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell your training provider if you think someone else has used them;
- only upload evidence and information you are allowed to share, and that is accurate and honest;
- only access the learners and records your role gives you access to;
- not upload anything unlawful, harmful or offensive, or anything containing viruses or malicious code;
- respect other people’s privacy and only use personal data for the purposes of the programme.
Your training provider controls your account and can change or remove access. Questions about your programme, your portfolio or your data should go to your training provider first.
Who owns what
We own the YourQual name, website, platform software and design. Training providers and their users keep ownership of the evidence and content they put into the platform. They give us permission to store and process it only so we can run the service for them.
Our responsibility to you
We work hard to keep YourQual available, secure and accurate, but we can’t promise the website or demo will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using this website or the demo. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Our responsibilities to subscribing training providers are set out in their agreement with us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute. If you have a question about them, contact us through our contact form.
